The first few weeks of your babies life are irreplaceable and passes by too quickly. It’s my passion to document the journey of you welcoming this new little person into your family. These moments are irreplaceable, and you want to remember the tiny details, and newborn cuddles.
Newborn Photography Experience
The first four weeks of your baby’s life is the ideal time to capture those sweet, newborn moments. The little one is still in a dreamy state, allowing them to be positioned in the sweetest poses. You and your family will be the centre of attention during your newborn session. You can experience a sense of serenity and solitude, providing the opportunity to turn off all distractions and appreciate this moment.
Every session is special, and it’s all thanks to the adorable cooing guidance of your baby (my boss). A typical session can last for up to three hours, with shorter sessions lasting about an hour and a half. We ensure there is plenty of time for snuggles, nourishment and nappy changes.
We suggest you make a reservation as soon as possible – the best time is around your 20 week scan. To make it easy, we will provisionally book you on your due date, and after the baby has arrived, we can arrange a date that fits your family’s needs.
We provide all necessary props, outfits, headwear and wraps for the baby, so all you need to bring is your baby, nappy bag and, of course, milk! A selection of clothing options is available to help mum feel camera-ready and confident If you’re interested in this service, please don’t hesitate to ask.
The Process
Step One
The first step is to ensure that your shoot is locked in and ready to go. Once you get in contact, a link will be sent to you with a range of package options and a questionnaire to help us get to know you better. When you sign the contract and pay the session fee, you can rest assured knowing that your session is fully secure. Before the shoot, you’ll receive a comprehensive guide, detailing what you can expect and how to guarantee a successful outcome.
Step Two
The big day! Family photos usually take place outdoors when the sun sets. For baby photoshoots, my studio in Glenwood is the perfect setting. Maternity sessions can be tailored to the client’s preference, with the option of taking photos outdoors or in the comfort of the studio.
Step Three
Within a few weeks of your session date, your digital files will be ready for viewing. You’ll be able to browse through the collection and order your favourite products and prints with ease. Once you decide which gallery you’d like, I’ll finish my editing work and arrange for your wall art, prints or albums to be printed at my professional printing lab. After you’ve placed your order, you can expect it to arrive within four weeks.

Packages
To guarantee your photography experience with Jessica, you’ll have to pay a session fee when booking. This fee does not include any digital photographs, it acts like your holding deposit.
What is covered in the session fee?
The Session fee secures the studio for the day and covers Jessica’s time and talent, and access to props and client wardrobe.
All inclusive
Our packages include a variety of features, giving you access to fully edited galleries and the ability to select which images you’d like to be professionally retouched.
It can be difficult to commit to a package without seeing your photos first. After you have seen your images, you have the option to upgrade or check out what else we offer, granting you the freedom to get what you love.
